Currently our spacer will be available for all
to purchase directly from us. Our plan is to work with a leading wire
manufacturer where all orders for our product goes
through them.
Because
our spacer attaches to welded wire reinforcement there are set amount of
spacers needed per bundle of wire. It does not matter what width of CMU
is being used. Our spacer can be used by a professional mason or a do-it-yourself
person. During the production video we used spacers at every intersection
of the wire. Professionals would not need to do this. Once a spacer is
positioned down at the first head joint from a corner block, the
remaining spacers on the wire need only point up at 16" increments.
Therefore reducing the number per bundle by nearly half. We recommend
that the do-it-yourself folks use these spacers at all intersections.
In
the future we will be providing an online How-To for the do-it-yourself
folks that will walk them though the first course layout process and the
concept of the spacer in basic terms.
